- 1.Machine main purpose and use range
- The machine is processing of the rollers on both ends of the pipe belt conveyor automation special equipment. Use all types of cast iron or pressing bearing rollers who product at home and aboard, then the pipe seam allowance can be processing on the equipment.
- The machine adopts mechanical fast clamping device, clamping reliable, adjustment for clamping force is simple and convenient. cutting tool feed driven by hydraulic pressure, can be stepless speed regulating, And left and right two feed cylinder adopts hydraulic synchronous circuits, can feed and return at the same time. Adopts manual way if radial feed ,it can be adjusted according to processing requirement accurate location. Futhermore, equipped with hydraulic automatic knife when cutting tool feed to the persent position (dead point) the knife back-off automatically, to avoid of scratch for processed surface. Electric control part adopts imported Japan programmable controller (short for PLC) as core of control system.
- The machine with high reliability, simple operation and convenient maintenance, wide applicable range, high working efficiency, and especially suitable for large quantities of roller processing.
- 2. Application conditions
- This machine can be used within no more than 1000 meters, the environment temperature + 10 ~ 40 ºC, no dust and all kinds of corrosive medium. Processed tubes to remove floating rust.
